- The product must have been used for at least 7 days

- Return shipping is at your cost
How the return process works
- Request review: Once we confirm your return meets the conditions above, we'll send you return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refund review: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether the refund is approved. If the returned product doesn't match what was described, we may decline the refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We can't guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Batch variation
Due to the high concentration of organic ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma, and texture may occur between batches. This reflects the natural character of each batch and is not grounds for return.
Allergies and reactions
Please read the full ingredients list before use in case of any known allergies. We recommend a skin patch test before first use: place a small drop on the inside of your arm, at the elbow crease, and rub in gently. Leave for 24 hours to confirm there is no reaction. If you experience a reaction, contact us at support@nouraeloom.com.au with details so we can help find a solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at support@nouraeloom.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the product is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The conditions above (used 7+ days, order confirmation, return shipping at your cost) still apply.
Refunds
If your refund is approved at step 2, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@nouraeloom.com.au.
In certain situations, we may honour returns beyond 30 days at our discretion. Contact us if you have questions about your specific case.
