Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email. If you haven't received your tracking link within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@nouraeloom.com.au.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing, peak periods (e.g., holidays), or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us at support@nouraeloom.com.au and we'll help where we can.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@nouraeloom.com.au , if your order hasn't shipped, we'll update it.
