When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries of your selected product at the frequency you chose at checkout. This policy explains how your subscription works and how to change or cancel it.
How billing works
Your payment details are stored securely. You'll be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery based on the frequency you selected. The price charged is the subscription price displayed at the time your original subscription was placed, unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
Changing or cancelling your subscription
You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments. To manage your subscription:
- Open any confirmation email from a past subscription order
- Click the “Manage subscription” link
- From there you can update the frequency, skip your next delivery, pause, or cancel
If you prefer, you can email us at support@nouraeloom.com.au and we'll action the change for you. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond.
Timing of changes
Changes to your subscription (skip, pause, frequency change, cancel) apply to future deliveries. Please make any changes before your next scheduled charge date. Once an order has been charged and processed, it will ship as scheduled and can be handled under our Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a scheduled payment fails — for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds — we'll pause your subscription and email you to update your payment details. Once payment succeeds, your subscription resumes on the same schedule.
